This application provides a negative electrode active material, a secondary battery, and an electronic apparatus. A pressurized compacted density of a powder of the negative electrode active material is a g/cm, a pressure-released compacted density is b g/cm, and a pressure-release rebound rate is c, where c = (a - b) / a × 100%, and 1.5% ≤ c ≤ 20%; and a and c satisfy: c = k × (a - 1), where 0.08 ≤ k ≤ 0.20. By regulating the value of k within the above range and ensuring a and c satisfy the above relationship, the negative electrode active material can maintain high porosity under a high compacted density, facilitating the infiltration of an electrolyte into the negative electrode sheet, enhancing the diffusion rate of active ions, and improving the kinetic performance of the secondary battery. Additionally, the heat dissipation performance of the negative electrode sheet can be improved, the temperature rise of the secondary battery can be reduced, and the cycle performance of the secondary battery can be improved.
