A method of manufacturing a power storage device includes: after producing an electrode assembly, joining a first electrode tab group to a first conductive member, and attaching an insulating member to the first conductive member; after attaching the insulating member to the first conductive member, inserting the electrode assembly into a case main body from a first end portion side of the electrode assembly through a second opening; after inserting the electrode assembly into the case main body, electrically connecting a first electrode terminal provided on a first sealing plate, and the first conductive member; and after electrically connecting the first electrode terminal and the first conductive member, sealing a first opening by the first sealing plate.
