A battery apparatus includes a first battery module including a first battery stack having a plurality of first battery cells stacked in a predetermined direction, and a first heat exchanger configured to exchange heat with the first battery stack, a second battery module including a second battery stack having a plurality of second battery cells stacked in the predetermined direction, and a heat conductive member configured to be in contact with the first heat exchanger and the second battery module.
