The protruding portion protrudes outward beyond an outer edge of the opening continuously in a circumferential direction of the opening, with the closing portion closing the opening. In the welding step, a boundary between the case body and the closing plate is welded by irradiating the protruding portion of the closing plate with laser light, with the closing plate mounted on the case body so as to close the opening, to melt the protruding portion.",
