The present method of manufacturing a power storage device includes: disposing a first tab and a second tab in a tab accommodation space; changing a spacer in shape; and curving the first tab and the second tab in a state in which a first guide portion faces a main outer surface of the first tab and a second guide portion faces a main outer surface of the second tab, wherein in the disposing the first tab and the second tab, the spacer has an open region connecting the tab accommodation space and a space external to the spacer, the first tab and the second tab are disposed in the tab accommodation space through the open region, and in the changing the spacer in shape, the spacer is changed in shape so as to decrease a width of the open region.
