The present application discloses a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus, wherein the battery cell includes an electrode assembly, a shell, and an electrode terminal; the electrode assembly is at least partially accommodated in the shell; the electrode terminal is electrically connected to the electrode assembly; the electrode terminal is arranged on a wall portion of the shell, the electrode terminal includes a first metal layer and a second metal layer that are made of different materials; in the thickness direction of the wall portion, the first metal layer is located on one side of the second metal layer facing the electrode assembly; the first metal layer and the second metal layer are connected to form a connecting interface, and at least a part of the connecting interface is a curved surface.
