If it is determined that an output current is less than a current threshold, it indicates that the MLPE device is in a scenario in which safe shutdown is required, and an output voltage is controlled to be less than a voltage threshold or output power is controlled to be less than a power threshold. If it is determined that the output current is greater than or equal to the current threshold, the output voltage is controlled to be greater than or equal to the voltage threshold or the output power is controlled to be greater than or equal to the power threshold from the second time point to a third time point.",
