When a first charging circuit is used to perform direct current charging on a power battery, before switching to a second charging circuit to perform boost charging on the power battery, a charging controller controls the first charging circuit to pre-charge a pre-charging unit in the second charging circuit, and upon detecting that a voltage of the pre-charging unit matches a voltage of the power battery, controls the second charging circuit to perform boost charging on the power battery.
