A wind direction adjustment apparatus includes a case body that internally defines a ventilation passage . The wind direction adjustment apparatus includes a fin pivotably disposed in the ventilation passage in the case body to adjust a wind direction in accordance with pivoting. The wind direction adjustment apparatus includes a valve pivotably disposed in a direction intersecting with a pivoting direction of the fin in the ventilation passage in the case body , and capable of opening and closing the ventilation passage in accordance with the pivoting. The wind direction adjustment apparatus includes a link that interlocks the pivoting of the valve with the pivoting of the fin .
