Upon determining that a communication situation between the vehicle and the remote control apparatus or a processing situation of the remote control apparatus influences the traveling control, the transmission control unit selects any of the vehicle outside captured images based on a traveling situation of the vehicle, and transmits the selected image to the remote control apparatus.",
