The first region (451) includes a region (A1) that exists on the first conductive member (41) side relative to a border surface (B) and a first protrusion region (P1) that protrudes toward the second conductive member (42) relative to the border surface (B), and the second region (452) includes a region (A2) that exists on the second conductive member (42) side relative to the border surface (B) and a second protrusion region (P2) that protrudes toward the first conductive member (41) relative to the border surface (B).
