This application relates to a coating die, a coating apparatus, and a battery production apparatus. The coating die includes a die body (100) and at least one regulation assembly (200). An accommodating cavity (1101) for accommodating a slurry is provided in the die body (100), and the die body (100) is further provided with a coating gap (1102) communicating with the accommodating cavity (1101) and extending along a first direction. Each regulation assembly (200) includes a flow regulation member (210) running through the die body (100) along a second direction and capable of running into the coating gap (1102). Each regulation assembly (200) further includes a drive mechanism (230), where the drive mechanism (230) is connected to an end of the flow regulation member (210) extending out of the die body (100) so as to drive the flow regulation member (210) to move along the second direction, and the drive mechanism (230) is configured to be able to regulate displacement of the flow regulation member (210) in the second direction according to coating weight information of a slurry flowing out of the coating gap (1102).
