A battery cell packaging device related to one example of the present invention comprises a supply part supplying an insulating tape, an image acquisition part for photographing at least one of the insulating tape or a welded portion, an adsorption part including an adsorption member for adsorbing the supplied insulating tape and packaging the welded portion with the adsorbed insulating tape, and a cutting part for cutting the insulating tape adsorbed on the adsorption member from the supply part, wherein the adsorption member comprises a first adsorption block, and a second adsorption block foldably connected to the first adsorption block.
