A bead portion of a tire includes a core and a carcass ply. An outer surface of the bead portion includes a seat surface, a flange surface, and a heel surface. In a meridian cross-section of the tire, a thickness from a carcass to the seat surface in a state where the tire is not fitted on a rim is represented by a thickness hc along an inner bead reference line and a thickness ha along an outer bead reference line, and a thickness from the carcass to a seat of the rim in a state where the tire is fitted on the rim is represented by a thickness kc along the inner bead reference line and a thickness ka along the outer bead reference line. The thicknesses he, ha, kc, and ka satisfy a formula (1): 0.15 ≤ (ha - ka)/ha - (hc - kc)/hc ≤ 0.45
