The starting system includes a processor and a forward-connection detecting module. The forward-connection detecting module includes a first detecting sub-module and a first transistor. The first detecting sub-module is configured to detect an electrical signal received by each of the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The first detecting sub-module is configured to generate a forward-connection electrical signal when the first detecting sub-module detects that the positive electrode receives a positive electrical signal provided by a power-supply device and the negative electrode receives a negative electrical signal provided by the power-supply device. The first detecting sub-module is configured to send, via the first transistor, the forward-connection electrical signal to the processor, in such a manner that the processor enters a normal working state.",
