Each first fuel-consuming power generator forming the generator stack is a second fuel-consuming power generator, and distributing fuel for the generator stack includes: distributing fuel with a first fuel usage amount to the generator stack; and distributing the fuel with the first fuel usage amount according to a fuel distribution ratio so as to provide fuel with a corresponding second fuel usage amount to each second fuel-consuming power generator respectively.",
