BATTERY ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTOR VEHICLE COMPRISING THE SAME

A battery assembly (10) for a motor vehicle (1) comprising a case (11) defining an inner volume (12a, 12b), which is fluidly isolated from outside atmospheric air; a plurality of batteries (13) arranged within the inner volume (12a, 12b); a passive dehydrating device (14) and an exchange volume (15) housing said dehydrating device (14). The exchange volume (15) can selectively be shifted, relative to the case (11), to a first position, in which the exchange volume (15) is fluidly connected to said the volume (12a, 12b) and fluidly isolated from outside atmospheric air; or to a second position, in which the exchange volume (15) is fluidly isolated from the inner volume (12a, 12b) and fluidly connected to outside atmospheric air.
