The seat cushion of the vehicle seat includes: a cushion pad; a left side frame; a right side frame; a front frame disposed between a front portion of the right side frame and a front portion of the left side frame; a rear frame disposed between a rear portion of the right side frame and a rear portion of the left side frame; and a sheet-shaped elastic material disposed between the front frame and the rear frame to support the cushion pad from below.
