The housing is provided with a through hole for the connecting portion to run through. The rivet runs through and abuts against the first gasket portion, the connecting portion, and the second gasket portion to seal the through hole. The first washer and the rivet are mounted to the housing assembly via a clamping force applied to the first gasket portion and the second gasket portion after the rivet is riveted and deforms and a counterforce of the housing assembly.",
