"textContent": "The present invention discloses an imprinting photoresist release film material with an exhausting function, including a substrate layer, having an upper surface and a lower surface. The imprinting photoresist release film material further includes a photoresist prepolymer. The upper surface or/and the lower surface of the substrate layer is/are coated with the photoresist prepolymer; while the photoresist prepolymer is cured through optical radiation to form an imprinting photoresist layer, the surface of the imprinting photoresist layer is imprinted through mechanical contact to form a plurality of exhausting ditches or exhausting grooves; and the plurality of exhausting ditches or exhausting grooves divide the imprinting photoresist layer into a plurality of bumps. The present invention further discloses a preparation method for an imprinting photoresist release film material with an exhausting function, and use of the imprinting photoresist release film material with the exhausting function. The imprinting photoresist layer is formed on the substrate layer, and effective exhausting ditches or exhausting grooves are imprinted and formed through mechanical contact, so that the exhausting problem of viscous materials or pressure-sensitive adhesive products is solved.",
