ROLLER DEVICE, PATIENT TRANSPORT DEVICE AND ROLLER SYSTEM

Wheel device (10) for a patient transport device with a patient receiving surface for rolling the patient transport device over a surface (350). The wheel device (10) comprises a wheel holder (12) which is rotatably or fixedly connectable to the patient receiving surface about a pivot axis (22), a drive wheel (14) which is rotatably held by the wheel holder (12) about a drive wheel axle (18), and a support wheel (16) which is rotatably held by the wheel holder (12) about a support wheel axle (20). The drive wheel axle (18) and the support wheel axle (20) are arranged parallel to and offset from each other.
