A wireless communication device wirelessly communicates to a central server (i) vehicle data indicative of operation of the vehicle and (ii) environment data indicative of the environment in which the vehicle is traveling. The central server processes the wirelessly received vehicle data and environment data. Responsive to processing at the central server of the vehicle data and environment data received at the central server from the vehicle, the central server determines if the vehicle is at or approaching a hazardous condition. Responsive to the determination that the vehicle is at or approaching the hazardous condition, the vehicular central monitoring system (i) alerts a driver of the vehicle of the determined hazardous condition and/or (ii) controls a vehicle system of the vehicle to mitigate the determined hazardous condition.",
