The (1) isocyanate-reactive component comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane having an average of at least two carbinol functional groups per molecule and (B) a polyol. The (A) organopolysiloxane is present in an amount of from > 10 to < 99 wt.% based on the combined weight of the (A) organopolysiloxane and the (B) polyol. The (2) isocyanate component comprises (C) a polyisocyanate. The composition further comprises (D) a blowing agent, and (E) a catalyst. A foamed polyurethane article comprising the reaction product of the composition is also disclosed, along with use of the foamed polyurethane article.",
