Provided is a measuring device capable of enhancing convenience. The measuring device comprises a first sensor provided on a surface of an object to be measured, an elastic body that clamps the first sensor between the elastic body and the object to be measured, a protective sheet provided on the surface of the elastic body on the side of the object to be measured, a case provided on the surface of the elastic body on a side opposite from the object to be measured, and a processing circuit which is provided inside the case and processes an output signal from the first sensor . The first sensor is provided between the elastic body and the protective sheet . The first sensor is a strain sensor and includes a thin film piezoelectric element. The elastic body is made of foamed rubber.
