The processor may be configured to estimate the cargo weight based on an output value of a driving motor providing a driving force for traveling of the electric bicycle and traveling data of the electric bicycle, generate a pedal torque command reflecting the cargo weight estimation value, and transmit the pedal torque command to the pedal motor.",
