The throttle valve () includes: a first housing () having an end surface (), one end of which is opened and the other end of which is provided with a first through-hole (), the brake fluid flowing into the first through-hole (); a first valve body () movable in an axial direction of the first housing () in the first housing (); and a first spring member () urging the first valve body () in a direction toward the first through-hole () of the first housing ().
