The control method for the optical storage converter includes: obtaining a voltage measurement and a current measurement of a universal interface of the optical storage converter in the case where an apparatus is accessed to the universal interface, to determine whether the apparatus accessed to the universal interface is a photovoltaic system or an energy storage system; and adjusting an internal circuit of the optical storage converter correspondingly in the case where the accessed apparatus is the photovoltaic system or the energy storage system.--
