The vehicle brake fluid pressure control device is capable of exercising a vehicle stop time pressure holding control under which a brake fluid pressure is held when it is determined that a vehicle has been stopped. During the vehicle stop time pressure holding control (time t2 to t3), if a first condition which includes an amount of lateral motion (yaw rate Y) of the vehicle being equal to or greater than a specified value (Yth), and an absolute value (G) of frontward/rearward acceleration undergone by the vehicle being equal to or greater than a first threshold (G1) is fulfilled, the vehicle stop time pressure holding control is canceled (time t3) even without operation of an operation member for operating the vehicle.",
