The risky driving prediction method based on the brain-computer interface includes: performing, by a driver, at least one responsiveness test item before starting a vehicle; applying a brain-computer interface to acquire an electroencephalogram signal of the driver performing the at least one responsiveness test item, and analyzing the electroencephalogram signal to generate feedback information; and analyzing the feedback information based on a preset test standard to determine whether the driver has a risky driving behavior. Therefore, by using the risky driving prediction method, it can be detected whether the driver is in a state suitable for driving the vehicle without requiring the driver to do any body movement or language response.",
