A controller is configured to determine whether there is a section where it is impossible to operate autonomous driving in front of an autonomous driving route of an autonomous vehicle, during autonomous driving of the autonomous vehicle, determines a maximum speed limit while a TD is output, based on a current speed of the autonomous vehicle, outputs the TD before a predetermined distance from the section where it is impossible to operate the autonomous driving, and is configured to control a speed of the autonomous vehicle based on the maximum speed limit. The apparatus enhances a problem in which a TD is initiated from a too long distance to the section where it is impossible to operate the autonomous driving.",
