The system comprises: a structure for supporting and positioning an electric motor, which comprises means for setting and controlling a position of the electric motor in an area near or adjacent to the transmission shaft of an internal combustion engine; transmission means that allow power to be transmitted between the electric motor and the transmission shaft of the internal combustion engine; and securing means press-fixed to the transmission shaft of the internal combustion engine, which comprise two high-pressure supports coupled together by attachment means and which encapsulate the transmission shaft at high pressure, wherein the securing means also comprise a power transmission element attached to the high-pressure supports and which is connected to the transmission means.",
