The detection circuit (32) includes a measurement unit (321) configured to measure a voltage at a measurement point (PI, P2) which is set in part, inside the connector (3), of a power supply path (51), and a determination unit (322) configured to determine that the malfunction in an in-vehicle switch (43) has occurred, when the voltage measured with the measurement unit (321) exceeds a threshold. The measurement unit (321) and the determination unit (322) are provided in the connector (3).
