The present invention relates to a coupling element (20) for releasably connecting a first component (B1) with a second component (B2). The coupling element comprises a ring-shaped base element (22) with a fastening structure (30) on a radial outer side. Furthermore, the base element comprises a cup-shaped holding structure (40) on a radial inner side. The cup-shaped holding structure (40) comprises a centrally arranged support element (42) as well as a plurality of holding webs (44, 46) formed on one side on the ring-shaped base element (22). The holding webs (44, 46) have at least a first (44) and a second web section (46). The first web section (44) encloses an angle ± with a symmetry axis S of the coupling element (20) from a range of 45° ≤ ± ≤ 90° and the first web section (44) and the second web section (46) are arranged at an obtuse angle to one another.
