MONITORING DEVICE FOR THE LOADING STATUS OF A BULK MATERIAL VEHICLE

The invention relates to a monitoring device for the loading state of a bulk material vehicle. The bulk material vehicle (1) has a loading container (4) arranged in the direction of travel (2) in front of a driver's cab (3). The monitoring device comprises a sensor device (5), an evaluation device (6), and a control device (7), wherein the sensor device (5) is configured to monitor contactlessly a bulk material height of bulk material in the loading container (4) in a detection area (8) and to communicate this to the evaluation device (6), which upon reaching and/or exceeding a defined maximum height (10) of the bulk material height forwards a safety signal (9) to the control device (7).
