A vehicle door structure including: a frame inner (20) with an inner wall portion (22) at a door thickness direction inside of a door frame (14) and an upper wall portion (24) at a door up-down direction upper side of the door frame (14); and a frame outer (30) with an outer wall portion (32) at the door thickness direction outside of the door frame (14) and a lower wall portion (34) at the door up-down direction lower side of the door frame (14), wherein a door up-down direction upper side end portion (32A) of the outer wall portion (32) is welded to a door thickness direction outside end portion (24A) of the upper wall portion (24), and a door thickness direction inside end portion (34A) of the lower wall portion (34) is welded to a door up-down direction lower side end portion (22A) of the inner wall portion (22) to obtain a closed cross-section profile.
