The required brake force calculator (39) calculates a plurality of required vehicle brake forces (Fmx, Ftx), which are respectively required for the vehicles (10, 50) of the vehicle unit (1A), based on a plurality of detected decelerations (²rm, ²rt) respectively corresponding to the vehicles (10, 50) of the vehicle unit (1A) to calculate a required unit brake force (Fu).
