The invention proposes a luminous device for a motor vehicle. Such a device comprises one or more electronic circuits integrating electronic components sensitive to electrostatic discharge. By virtue of the provisions of the invention, the components are protected by promoting the controlled flow of any electrostatic discharges towards ground. All parts of one or more electronic circuits can thus be protected by avoiding random electrostatic discharges, which are likely to destroy or damage sensitive electronic components.
