A bracket (40) has a top wall portion (42) to which an HV battery (38) is fixed. Further, the bracket (40) has a first leg portion (44), that extends from a front end portion of the top wall portion (42) toward a vehicle lower side and that is fixed to a first rear cross member (16), and a second leg portion (46), that extends from a vehicle transverse direction outer side end portion of the top wall portion (42) toward the vehicle lower side and that is fixed to a rear side member (14).
