The control device (10) executes an image acquisition function to acquire a captured image around a vehicle captured by an onboard camera (1), a delay state determination function to determine a delay state using a delay time of wireless communication between an onboard apparatus (200) and a terminal apparatus (100), a predicted image generation function to calculate a position of the vehicle after the delay time on a basis of state information of the vehicle and generate a predicted image using the captured image that has been acquired so as to predict the predicted image to be captured by the camera (1) at the calculated position of the vehicle, , and a presentation function to present the predicted image.
