VEHICULAR LIGHTING FIXTURE CONTROL SYSTEM
DRIVE
August 3, 2016
A vehicle lamp control system is provided which can not only restrict a semiconductor light emitting element from being deteriorated or damaged by sunlight and but also maintain an illumination efficiency of the semiconductor light emitting element. The vehicle lamp control system includes a projection lens (48), semiconductor light emitting elements (52-1) to (52-13) which are disposed near a rear focal point of the projection lens (48) and which emit light towards the projection lens (48), a movable shade (55) which can move between a shading position where the movable shade (55) cuts off light emitted from the semiconductor light emitting elements (52-1) to (52-13) to be incident on the projection lens (48) and a non-shading position where the movable shade (55) does not cut off light emitting elements (52-1) to (52-13) to be incident on the projection lens (48), and a headlamp control unit which executes a control in which the movable shade (55) is moved to the shading position with the semiconductor light emitting elements (52-1) to (52-13) left switched off.
