[0002] A fluorinated elastomer composition comprising a tetrafluoroethylene/propylene copolymer (a), an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (b), an ethylene copolymer (c) containing epoxy groups and a flame retardant (d), wherein the mass ratio [(a)/(b)] of (a) to (b) is from 70/30 to 40/60, the mass ratio [(b)/(c)] of (b) to (c) is from 100/0.1 to 100/10, and the content of (d) is from 0.1 to 30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total content of (a), (b) and (c).
