The main characteristic of a front part (2) of a vehicle according to the invention is that the rotation means (6) comprise the latch (8) and a pin (9) integral with the hood (4), said pin (9) being located symmetrically with respect to said latch (8) on either side of a vertical and central plane of the vehicle (1) extending along a longitudinal axis of said vehicle.",
