"textContent": "A sealed header assembly (100) comprises a housing (110), a wire cover, a seal (116) and a seal cap (118). The housing (110) has a cover shroud portion (130), a mounting portion and a wire holder portion (134). The mounting portion is configured to mount the housing (110) to a case of an electrical device. The wire holder portion (134) is configured to extend through an opening in the electrical device to an interior of the electrical device. The wire holder portion (134) is also configured to receive wires passing through the housing (110) between the interior and an exterior of the electrical device. The wire holder portion (134) includes a chamber (194) bounded by chamber walls (208). The wire holder portion (134) has one or more wire channels (158) through one of the chamber walls (208) being open to the chamber (194) and to the cover shroud portion (130) on opposite sides of the chamber wall (208). An exterior of the wire holder portion (134) has a seal (120) configured to be sealed to the case of the electrical device. The wire cover is removably mounted to the housing (110) at the cover shroud portion (130) to define a wire passageway (198) for the wires. The seal (116) is received in the chamber (194) and is sealed to at least one of the chamber walls (208). The seal (116) has one or more wire channels (220) and is configured to seal against the wires received in the corresponding wire channels (220). The seal cap (118) is received in the chamber (194) to hold the seal (116) in the chamber (194). The seal cap (118) includes one or more wire channels (230) for receiving corresponding wires.",
