User interface for a means of locomotion and method for displaying information about states of vehicle components

A means of locomotion, a user interface, and a method for displaying information about states of components (8, 11, 12, 13) of a means of locomotion are proposed. The method comprises: - determining information about states of components (8, 11, 12, 13) of the means of locomotion, - displaying a three-dimensional means of locomotion model (10') of the means of locomotion, - displaying indications (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21) arranged outside the means of locomotion model (10') relating to the information, - receiving a user gesture for rotating the display of the means of locomotion model (10'), and - rotating the means of locomotion model (10') and the indications (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21) by an identical angular range.
