At least one of the LEDs (106) is disposed through a respective opening (116) of the substrate (114), and the connection leads (108) are in contact with the respective electrical tracks (110). The substrate (114) is a rigid molded piece having a three-dimensional shape capable of fulfilling an optical function such as that of a reflector.
