A switching circuit includes: a full-bridge circuit (INV) including first arms that include a first switching element (S1) and a second switching element (S2), and second arms that include a third switching element (S3) and a fourth switching element (S4); and a control circuit (8) that outputs a first control signal group causing a change to a state in which the third switching element (S3) is off and the fourth switching element (S4) is on after causing a change to a state in which the first switching element (S1) is on and the second switching element (S2) is off, and a second control signal group causing a change to a state in which the third switching element (S3) is off and the fourth switching element (S4) is on before causing a change to a state in which the first switching element (S1) is on and the second switching element (S2) is off.
