GATE DRIVING CIRCUIT
DRIVE
July 6, 2016
A gate drive circuit (1000) includes: a modulation circuit (30) that generates a first modulated signal and a second modulated signal; an isolated transmission unit including a first electromagnetic resonance coupler (20a) that isolatedly transmits the first modulated signal, and a second electromagnetic resonance coupler (20b) that isolatedly transmits the second modulated signal; a first rectifier circuit (40a) that generates a first signal by rectifying the first modulated signal; a second rectifier circuit (40b) that generates a second signal by rectifying the second modulated signal; a third rectifier circuit (40c) that generates charging voltage by rectifying a second radio-frequency wave; a capacitor (50) charged in accordance with the charging voltage; and an output circuit (60) which selects whether or not to supply a charge charged in the capacitor to a gate terminal of the semiconductor switching device, in accordance with at least one of the first signal and the second signal.
