When a selection disabling condition indicating a predetermined vehicle state is satisfied, the processing circuitry (21) disables selection of the first traveling mode which is performed by the user's selection. When the selection disabling condition is not satisfied, the processing circuitry (21) enables the selection of the first traveling mode which is performed by the user's selection. When the selection disabling condition is satisfied while the vehicle (1) is traveling in the first traveling mode, the processing circuitry (21) continues the first traveling mode until a switching condition indicating a predetermined vehicle state is satisfied. When the selection disabling condition is satisfied while the vehicle (1) is traveling in the first traveling mode, and the switching condition is satisfied, the processing circuitry (21) switches the traveling mode to the second traveling mode regardless of the user's selection.",
