"textContent": "The present invention relates to an electrically conductive polymeric flat structure (1, 10, 20) comprising an electrically conductive elastomer layer (2) made of a polymer material and at least one electrically conductive filler, wherein at least one metallic electrical conductor (4) is electrically connected to the elastomer layer (2) through at least one intermediate layer (3), wherein the flat structure is characterized in that the intermediate layer (3) contains at least one matrix polymer as well as, per 100 parts by weight of the matrix polymer, a) 1 to 30 parts by weight of a particulate electrically conductive filler and b) 0.1 to 15 parts by weight of dendritic and/or fibrous electrically conductive filler and/or carbon nanotubes. The invention further relates to a method for producing this flat structure and its use.",
