The invention relates to a lighting and/or signaling device comprising a plurality of light-emitting diodes (4) secured to a plastic material support (2) which has at least one three-dimensional zone in the shape of a staircase composed of successive steps (18) and risers (20) in substantially perpendicular planes, each of the diodes being fixed respectively on one of the steps of said support, the diodes being powered by conductive metal tracks (6). The conductive tracks are formed by different thicknesses of metal depending on whether the tracks extend along the steps or the risers, the tracks arranged on a step being produced by a thickness of metal embedded in the volume of the plastic support, in recesses formed in the thickness of the step.
